To get the IP address of a specific website just open command prompt and

Type command : ping domainname.com

Just replace the domain name with your blocked sitename like facebook.com

For Example :

         type ping facebook.com in the command prompt it shows the IP address as shown below.

IP address:173.252.110.27

Here type Ip address in the address bar it open automatically the facebook page.
